Royal Challengers Bangalore Women lost five matches in a row before they turned it around finally to win a match against UP Warriorz and register the first win of their campaign so far. The team led by Smriti Mandhana still has a chance of qualifying for the WPL 2023 playoffs, but there will be certain permutations and combinations that need to go their way for that to happen.
The former RCB Men’s team captain Virat Kohli visited the RCB Women’s dressing room and inspired them with a pep talk. The pep talk was scheduled before the RCB’s match against UP Warriorz. It seems that the pep talk had done wonders for the RCB Women as they finally defeated a team in the WPL.
