Rachana, born in India, attended Carmel High School in Bengaluru. She pursued her B.Tech. in computer science and engineering at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) from 2014 to 2018. During her time at VIT, she was a member of the student council. Post-graduation, she worked as a marketing business development intern, contributing to OYO Rooms’ branding in Vellore. She later pursued an MBA in digital technology and innovation at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business in the United States.
