Edward Moore showcased his batting prowess in various domestic cricket tournaments. In the 2017–18 CSA Provincial One-Day Challenge, he emerged as the leading run-scorer for Eastern Province, accumulating 331 runs in seven matches.
Continuing his impressive form, Moore was named in Eastern Province’s squad for the 2018 Africa T20 Cup in September 2018. He further solidified his reputation as a top batsman by finishing as the leading run-scorer for Eastern Province in the tournament, amassing 159 runs in four matches.
Moore’s consistency with the bat extended to the longer format of the game as well. In the 2018–19 CSA 4-Day Franchise Series, he excelled as the leading run-scorer for Warriors, accumulating an impressive 921 runs in ten matches.
Furthermore, Moore continued to dominate in limited-overs cricket as he emerged as the leading run-scorer for Eastern Province in the 2018–19 CSA Provincial One-Day Challenge, scoring 260 runs in five matches.
In April 2021, Moore’s contribution to Eastern Province’s cricketing endeavors earned him a place in the squad for the 2021–22 cricket season in South Africa.
