As the eagerly awaited Asia Cup 2023 prepares to unfold this month, cricket enthusiasts can anticipate insightful and engaging commentary, with the official broadcasters revealing the star-studded commentary panel.

This year’s competition will feature a total of six teams, including the five Test-playing nations from the continent along with Nepal, making its debut in the prestigious tournament. These teams are grouped into two sets of three.
Group A comprises hosts Pakistan, cricket powerhouse India, and the enthusiastic Nepal, while Group B showcases reigning champions Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the formidable Afghanistan. The top two teams from each group will advance to the Super 4s stage, culminating in a riveting final between the two eminent contenders.
In the lead-up to Asia Cup 2023, the broadcast giants have unveiled an illustrious commentary panel, featuring eminent voices from cricket’s heartlands – India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
Representing India, the panel boasts Gautam Gambhir, Ravi Shastri, Sanjay Manjrekar, Deep Dasgupta, and Irfan Pathan. Pakistan is aptly represented by legendary figures Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, Ramiz Raja, and Bazid Khan. Sri Lanka’s contribution comes through Russell Arnold, while Bangladesh is represented by Athar Ali Khan. The international flavor continues with the inclusion of former New Zealand all-rounder Scott Styris.
