Australia Playing 11 of World Cup 2023: Marsh, Maxwell, Stoinis, Green in Middle-Order

Australia has unveiled an all-rounder heavy squad for the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup, featuring a formidable lineup including Mitchell Marsh, Cameron Green, Marcus Stoinis, Aaron Hardie, Ashton Agar, Sean Abbott, and Glenn Maxwell.

Australia has revealed their 18-player squad for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup in India, with uncapped leg-spinner Tanveer Sangha and all-rounder Aaron Hardie being the surprise inclusions. Interestingly, Test star Marnus Labuschagne has been left out.

Captain Pat Cummins is recovering from a fractured wrist, but the selectors see the enforced rest as beneficial before the tournament. The team will get ready with a series against South Africa, providing chances for Tanveer and Hardie to impress. The squad is confident in their balanced composition and aims to secure their sixth World Cup title.
