As a cricketer, I would like to see a much closer game, but as a player, I feel 30 pe out karo, aake jeeto” (Take 30 wickets and win quickly).
Regarding the impending ODI World Cup in 2023, Kapil Dev emphasized the importance of finishing in the top 4 but refrained from declaring India as outright favorites at this stage. He noted that the Indian team seems prepared for the championship and stressed the need for hard work. Kapil Dev expressed confidence in his team while acknowledging that he doesn’t possess detailed information about other teams’ preparations.
