India vs Pakistan was originally scheduled to be played on 15th October 2023, but the significant match was moved a day earlier due to security concerns in Ahmedabad during the Navaratri. BCCI has received the nod of PCB and ICC to reschedule the encounter between India and Pakistan. Narendra Modi Stadium will host the India vs Pakistan clash on 14th October 2023 from 2 PM IST onwards during the ICC ODI World Cup 2023.
