India vs Australia ODI series won’t be a one-sided affair, predicts Aakash Chopra

Former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra has predicted that the upcoming ODI series between India and Australia will be a closely contested affair, with neither team likely to register a clean sweep.

Cricket fans across the globe are eagerly anticipating the upcoming ODI series between India and Australia, and former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra has added to the excitement with his predictions. Chopra expects the series to be a closely fought affair, with neither team likely to register a clean sweep. In his latest video on YouTube, he elaborated on the strengths of both teams and highlighted the factors that could swing the series in either team’s favor.

Chopra noted that Australia has a strong opening pair in David Warner and Travis Head, who have been in good form of late. He also pointed out the return of Mitchell Marsh and Glenn Maxwell in the middle order, which will bolster the team’s batting lineup. Marcus Stoinis and Cameron Green, who will be playing on their IPL home ground, add an interesting dimension to the team’s lineup. Chopra believes that this makes Australia a formidable team that could beat India on their home turf.

On the other hand, India has a strong bowling attack that can trouble any opposition. With the likes of Mohammad Siraj, Mohammad Shami, Hardik Pandya and Umran Malik India has a formidable pace attack that could unsettle Australia’s batsmen. In addition, the team’s spinners, Ravindra Jadeja and Kuldeep Yadav, can also be lethal on Indian pitches.

Chopra predicted a 2-1 series win for either side, stating that he wouldn’t be surprised if Australia came out on top. With both teams gearing up for the World Cup later this year, this series serves as the ideal preparation for the teams to fine-tune their skills and strategies.

The first ODI will be played on March 17 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, and cricket fans can expect a thrilling contest between two of the best teams in the world.
