RR vs CSK, the 69th game of Tata IPL 2022, was won by Rajasthan Royals on the back of an excellent performance by Ravichandran Ashwin.
Ashwin smashed not out 40* off 23, including three massive sixes to help his team chase 151 comfortably in the end.
Yashasvi Jaiswal was also fantastic with the bat as he recorded 59 off 44 to put the chase in motion.
Jos Buttler, Sanju Samson, Devdutt Padikkal and Shimron Hetmyer could not get themselves going in the game.
Prashant Solanki was the star with the ball for Super Kings as he picked up 2 wickets, including Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shimron Hetmyer.
Earlier in the first inning of the match, CSK was totally dominating in the power play but lost their way afterwards vs RR.

During powerplay, Moeen Ali went after the RR bowlers as CSK scored 75 runs with ease.
However, as soon as the field restrictions were lifted, the scoring rate took a massive hit. Wickets of Rayudu and Jagadeesan in quick succession played quite a role in that.
The partnership between MS Dhoni and Moeen Ali was not even at the strike rate of 100. Dhoni scored only 26 off 28 in his sluggish knock.
Moeen scored 93 off 57. One’s McCoy and Yuzi Chahal picked two wickets each.
With this, RR has ensured that they get two chances to make it to the finals of IPL 2022.
Their first qualifier will be against Gujarat Titans on 24th May 2022 at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. On the other hand, Lucknow Super Kings have been pushed to the third spot in the points table.
Lucknow will depend on the result of tonight’s game between MI and DC to conclude which team they will be facing in the eliminator.
