RCB will be playing their first match of IPL 2023 on 2nd April against Mumbai Indians at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Star RCB pacer Mohammed Siraj could be rested for a few matches to manage his workload for the WTC 2023 Final and the Cricket World Cup which will be played later this year.

Here are 3 players who could take Mohammed Siraj’s place in RCB playing 11 if he is rested:

    1. Avinash Singh

Avinash Singh has pace similar to Umran Malik. The bowler can bowl consistently with the speed of 145 kmph which makes him a huge asset for the Royal Challengers Bangalore. Avinash can take Siraj’s place in the playing 11 if he is rested and could prove to be one of the biggest finds of IPL 2023.

Moreover, he can bat too as evidenced by his 18-ball unbeaten 53 in Bengal vs. Jharkhand’s Ranji Cup match from the previous season.
