Virat Kohli is the highest run-getter in Indian Premier League history. He was not in the best of touch in the last 2-3 editions of the Indian Premier League. But now he’s back with a maiden century in the T20 format against Afghanistan and a match-winning knock of 82* against Pakistan in the T20 World cup 2022. He was India’s leading run-scorer in the recently concluded Border- Gavaskar trophy by scoring 297 runs at an average of 49.50 and played a major role in a 2-1 series win. Virat Kohli would want to score centuries in IPL 2023 just like he did that in 2016. By far that was one of the best IPL seasons he ever had.

In conclusion, Kohli’s current form and record in the IPL and T20 Internationals make him a top contender to score a century in IPL 2023.

He scored 863 runs in 14 matches at an average of 57.33, which included four centuries, the most by any player in a single IPL season after Virat Kohli’s tally of 973 runs.

Apart from being an exceptional batsman, Jos Buttler is also a dependable wicketkeeper and an outstanding fielder, contributing significantly to his team’s success. His abilities, consistency, and expertise make him one of the players to watch out for in IPL 2023.

3. Shubman Gill (Gujrat Titans)
