The team invested heavily on Jofra Archer in IPL 2022 auction so that they could make him play with Jasprit Bumrah (ruled out of IPL 2023; replacement to be announced soon). With the Narendra Modi Stadium being huge, Gujarat Titans will use their pace unit to their advantage.

Delhi Capitals have a huge lineup of pacers. Their lineup of spinners is not as big as their lineup for pacers. Their pace attack comprises Anrich Nortje, Chetan Sakariya, Kamlesh Nagarkoti, Khaleel Ahmed, Lungi Ngidi, Mustafizur Rahman, Ishant Sharma, and Mukesh Kumar.
