England all-rounder joins Mumbai Indians for INR 2 crore ahead of crucial clash with Royal Challengers Bangalore

Mumbai Indians (MI) have roped in England all-rounder Chris Jordan as a replacement for the injured Jofra Archer for the remainder of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 season.

The inclusion of Jordan, brings his wealth of experience and talent to the team and is known for his excellent bowling skills in the death overs. With his aggressive batting, he can also be a valuable asset in the middle order.

Jordan has played for various franchises in multiple T20 leagues across the globe, including two IPL teams in previous seasons – Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad. He has represented England in 87 T20Is and has scalped 96 T20I wickets, making him a force to be reckoned with on the cricket field.

The Mumbai Indians, who are looking to regain their winning rhythm, are hopeful that Jordan’s inclusion in the team will bolster their chances. With the Wankhede Stadium as their fortress, the Mumbai Indians will be looking to capitalize on home advantage against a strong Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) side.
