The match between Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians is considered to be the most entertaining match in the Indian Premier League (IPL), and his version of ElClásico in IPL 2023 will be played today from 7:30 pm IST. However, what is coming as a big blow to Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Ben Stokes is doubtful for the match against Mumbai Indians on Saturday.
According to a report in The Indian Express, Ben Stokes was prescribed 10 days of recuperation after experiencing heel pain following a practise session at the Wankhede Stadium on Friday and those who are aware of the development suggest that Stokes might not risk playing in the game vs MI. The CSK medical team will analyze the situation on Saturday afternoon before making a final decision.

Stokes was purchased by Chennai Super Kings for a whopping amount of INR 16.25 crore in the mini-auction held last year in December. He has participated in both of Chennai’s opening two games this season, scoring 15 runs in his first two innings.
