On Saturday (April 29), at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi, the Delhi Capitals (DC) will face off against the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the 40th match of the Indian Premier League 2023.

DC, who had won their two out of seven matches against the Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad will look to accumulate 2 more points in today’s match against the Sunrisers Hyderabad. Delhi holds the tenth position on the points table.

SRH, on the other hand, who had also won their two out of seven matches against the Punjab Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders will look to get 2 more points in today’s match against the Delhi Capitals. Hyderabad holds ninth position on the points table.

  • The upcoming edition of IPL will have two groups: Group A and Group B.
  • Group A will consist of Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders, Rajasthan Royals, Delhi Capitals, and Lucknow Super Giants.
  • Group B will consist of Chennai Super Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Punjab Kings, and Gujarat Titans.
  • In total, there will be 14 matches for each of the 10 teams, consisting of seven home and seven away games. The teams will face the five teams from the opposing group two times each, while they will play against the other four teams from their own group only once.
  • Once the league stage is over, the playoffs will feature the top 4 teams.
  • The standings will be updated daily based upon the conclusion of every game.
