Last year, batting at the top was vital for RR in reaching the finals of the tournament. This year again, he will be among the players who can win the Orange Cap.
However, England Cricket Board may not allow Jos Buttler to play all the IPL matches in 2023. He can end up missing a few matches, which won’t be a good thing for the Rajasthan Royals in the context of the tournament.

Jos Buttler is the captain of the England cricket team in white ball cricket. He is someone; without him, it’s almost impossible to imagine an England white ball team. ECB can ask Jos Buttler to take a rest in a few matches of IPL to be fit and ready for the ODI World Cup 2023.
