Aiden Markram Confident in SRH's Death Bowlers Ahead of Crucial Match Against Nitish Rana-led KKR

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) skipper Aiden Markram has revealed his side’s plan to tackle the Kolkata Knight Riders’ (KKR) lower order in their upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 match. Markram said that they have some good plans in mind and great death bowlers in their team that can help them negate KKR’s lower-order threat.

After a disappointing start to the season, SRH made a comeback in their third game against Punjab Kings to register their first win of the season. However, their next match is against the Nitish Rana-led KKR, who have been in excellent form in the tournament so far, winning two out of their three games.

KKR’s lower order, consisting of Rinku Singh, Andre Russell, Shardul Thakur, and Sunil Narine, has been one of the most threatening in the league. While Russell is yet to fire, Rinku and Shardul have done some amazing things and will be looking to replicate the same against SRH.

However, Markram is confident that his team can handle the challenge. He said that KKR play an attacking brand of cricket, but they have some good plans in place. With the kind of death bowlers they have, it’ll be a good opportunity for them to execute their plans.
