About Kamran Ghulam’s Career
Kamran Ghulam made history in December 2020 by becoming the first player to score 1,000 runs in a single season of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy since its revamp. He was later named the Best Batsman of the tournament after breaking the record for the most runs in one season. In January 2021, he played for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the Pakistan Cup and was also picked for Pakistan’s Test squad against South Africa.

In November 2021, Kamran was selected for Pakistan’s Test series against Bangladesh. He made his Test debut on 13 October 2024 against England in Multan, where he scored a century, becoming the 13th Pakistani player to do so in his first Test match. He also scored his first T20 century in October 2021 and played for the Pakistan Shaheens on their tour of Sri Lanka.
Kamran made his ODI debut on 13 January 2023 against New Zealand. He scored his first ODI century on 28 November 2024 against Zimbabwe, making 103 runs off 99 balls. His innings helped Pakistan win the match and the series. On 19 December 2024, he scored 63 runs off 32 balls against South Africa, winning the match and earning the Man of the Match award.
