LSG vs RCB: Josh Hazlewood to Replace David Willey in the Playing 11

Hazlewood is expected to mark his return

Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore are going to face each other in their second encounter of IPL 2023 at the Ekana Cricket Stadium in Bangalore. Lucknow won the first game against RCB by chasing down a huge target. In that game, the RCB pace bowling line-up was exposed in the absence of their ace pacer Josh Hazlewood.

Josh Hazlewood is expected to finally return to the RCB team for the match against LSG at Ekana Stadium. He is expected to lead the pace attack from the front and form a formidable partnership in the bowling department with Mohammed Siraj.

On the other hand, LSG will be hoping that Mark Wood makes a return in this match. He is one of the top wicket-takers in the tournament, but unfortunately, due to the injury scare is not playing all of the games for LSG.

David Willey has performed well for RCB, but the inclusion of Josh Hazlewood can uplift their pace attack, as he is someone with a solid reputation in the cricket world. Hazlewood is, in fact, the number-one bowler in T20i cricket.
