Maxwell Patrick O’Dowd, born on March 4, 1994, is a Dutch cricketer who has represented the Netherlands national cricket team since his debut in June 2015. Known for his right-handed opening batting style, O’Dowd has participated in three editions of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup while proudly wearing the Dutch colors.

His father, Alex O’Dowd, made a name for himself in New Zealand’s first-class cricket, representing Auckland and Northern Districts. He also contributed to club cricket in the Netherlands, coaching and playing for HBS Craeyenhout.
