Mumbai Indians faced Knight Riders in Match No. 22 of IPL 2023 on Sunday (April 16) at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
Mumbai Indians won the toss and decided to bowl first. KKR, while batting, was playing quite well with Venkatesh Iyer and Captain Nitish Rana on the crease. However, it was Hrithik Shokeen who gave Mumbai the much needed breakthrough by taking Nitish’s wicket. As Nitish Rana was walking towards the dressing room, Hrithik Shokeen was found saying something to him, to which Nitish Rana acted fiercely. However, Suryakumar Yadav, who was captaining Mumbai Indians in absence of Rohit Sharma, came in between them and handled the matter properly.
