Mohammad Wasim Jr Wife and Family
Wasim hails from the Wazir tribe, a Pashtun family in North Waziristan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He initially played tape ball cricket in his hometown. However, due to limited facilities, he relocated to the provincial capital of Peshawar. There, he joined a cricket club, progressing from district-level to regional-level cricket. Eventually, he earned a spot in the Pakistan U19 team.
Notably, Wasim was part of Pakistan’s squad for the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup, stepping in for Naseem Shah, who couldn’t participate in the U19 squad due to his international debut commitments.

Mohammad Wasim Jr., a right-arm medium pacer, recently celebrated his engagement to the daughter of a prominent businessman in a private ceremony held in the nation’s capital. While the cricketer didn’t share any images or videos of the event on his social media, it was attended by close family members and followed the customs of Waziristan. Reports suggest that the Rukhsati, the traditional bride’s departure ceremony, will occur later this year.
