Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will play Mumbai Indians (MI) in the 25th match of the Indian Premier League 2023 in Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium. This season, both teams have had similar fortunes. They lost their first two games before winning the next two. Sunrisers trounced Kolkata Knight Riders by 23 runs in their latest game, scoring 228 runs for the cost of four wickets. Harry Brook and Aiden Markram were critical members of the team. Brook hit his first century, and Markram added a half-century. KKR batted brilliantly but couldn’t cross the line. Mayank Markande was SRH’s most successful bowler, taking two wickets for 27 runs.

Mumbai Indians had previously played against Kolkata Knight Riders. Venkatesh Iyer’s century helped KKR post a respectable total of 185 runs for the loss of six wickets in 20 overs. Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan got the team off to a flying start, adding 65 runs for the first wicket. Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Varma were instrumental in MI’s middle overs. MI chased down the 186-run target in 17.4 overs with five wickets in hand.
