Kohli further addressed Robinson as “big mouth” and inquired about his infamous on-field behavior.     Dawid Malan, England’s left handed batter sustained a groin injury during their game against Sri Lanka and walked off the field. He did not return to bat in the innings which raised alarms on his fitness. Vice captain Moeen Ali in an interview with the BBC, updated the situation and extent of his injury and said that at the moment it does not look great for the batter and he is in all likeliness to miss out on the all important Semi-final versus India.

    Dawid Malan’s injury is certainly a setback for the Englishmen who have struggled with batting collapses off late and stuttered in their chase against Sri Lanka, before stalwart Ben Stokes guided them victory. Philip Salt is the most obvious choice to replace Malan but the England think tank could also consider slotting in left handed David Willey, who provides them with an opening bowling option and his batting exploits are well known. Willey’s left arm swing and batting will certainly add another variable to the already multi-faceted eleven they have, especially seeing the struggles of the Indian opening pair against this kind bowling.
