Last season, CSK had a disappointing campaign, finishing second-last in the points table. After relinquishing the captaincy to Ravindra Jadeja, Dhoni had to step back into the role mid-season to try and salvage the team’s performance. As the tournament returns to its home-and-away format, the Chennai-based squad is looking to come back strong, led once again by the experienced Dhoni.
