    Indian cricket star Virat Kohli showcased his dedication to fitness ahead of the second Test against West Indies. After his impressive performance in the first Test, where he scored a well-composed half-century, Kohli took to social media to share his workout routine.

    In an Instagram video, Kohli demonstrated his favorite strength exercise, the goblet squat, using dumbbells. Captioning the video as “My go-to exercise for mobility plus strength? Goblet squats,” Kohli displayed his commitment to maintaining his fitness levels for the upcoming matches in the series.

    The first Test was a resounding victory for India, with a comprehensive win by an innings and 141 runs on the third day. Debutant Yashasvi Jaiswal’s remarkable knock of 171 runs and Ravichandran Ashwin’s exceptional 12-wicket haul were instrumental in India’s commanding performance. Captain Rohit Sharma also played a crucial role by scoring a well-deserved century.
