After his return to the Pakistan side for the Test series against New Zealand in December 2022-January 2023, Sarfaraz Ahmed showcased exceptional form, earning the Player of the Series award for his outstanding batting performance.

Meanwhile, Mohammad Rizwan, who took over wicketkeeping duties in Sarfaraz’s absence, has been displaying his class in all three formats, particularly boasting an impressive average of 49.07 in T20Is with multiple fifties and a century to his name.

He went on to criticize social media users, stating, “The current Pakistan team is very well united. All the players share a brotherly bond, and there is no animosity between us. The hate exists only among people on social media who have nothing better to do in their lives, leading them to write unnecessary things.”
