    The fervor surrounding the eagerly-awaited ICC ODI World Cup is intensifying day by day, and this was abundantly clear on Tuesday (August 29). The ticket reservation platform, BookMyShow, experienced a rapid crash within mere minutes of making tickets available for India’s matches in the World Cup.

    Thankfully, for the fans the India vs Pakistan match which is scheduled to be played on 14th October 2023 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad is yet to be listed on BookMyShow for the tickets sale. BCCI has announced a structural process for India match tickets.

    The BCCI has unveiled the ticket sale schedule for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 as follows:

    • Starting from 24th August at 6 PM IST: Mastercard Pre-sale for all Non-India event matches except warm-up games.
    • Starting from 29th August at 6 PM IST: Mastercard Pre-sale for all India matches except warm-up games.
    • Starting from 14th September at 6 PM IST: Mastercard Pre-Sale for Semi-Finals and Final.

    For all other users, the ticket sales are divided into the following phases:

    • Starting from 25th August at 8 PM IST: Non-India Warm-Up matches and all Non-India event matches.
    • Starting from 30th August at 8 PM IST: India matches in Guwahati and Trivandrum.
    • Starting from 31st August at 8 PM IST: India matches in Chennai, Delhi, and Pune.
    • Starting from 1st September at 8 PM IST: India matches in Dharamsala, Lucknow, and Mumbai.
    • Starting from 2nd September at 8 PM IST: India matches in Bengaluru and Kolkata.
    • Starting from 3rd September at 8 PM IST: India match in Ahmedabad.
    • Starting from 15th September at 8 PM IST: Semi-Finals and Final.
