During the World Test Championship (WTC) final between India and Australia, India’s captain, Rohit Sharma, showcased his frustration as the Indian bowlers struggled to make an impact on the first day of the match. Sharma’s visible annoyance was evident as he waved his hand in frustration and engaged in an irritated conversation with one of his teammates.

The highly anticipated match took place at the Kennington Oval in London on June 7, with India winning the toss and electing to field in overcast conditions.

Although India achieved an early breakthrough with Mohammed Siraj dismissing Usman Khawaja for a duck, David Warner’s solid knock of 43 runs bolstered Australia’s innings. Furthermore, an aggressive half-century by Travis Head propelled Australia to a score of 170/3 at tea on the opening day.
