    India and Australia are going to face each other at The Oval in London to finally find out the World Test Champions. The match between the two teams will begin on 7th June 2023. Both teams have announced a 15 member squad for the finals.

    However, in Test cricket there is always a huge chance of a match getting drawn. What will happen if the game between India and Australia ends in a draw? Will the team which was at the top of the points table in the WTC cycle named champion? Read below to find out.

    WTC Final 2023: who will lift the trophy in case of a draw?

    ICC states that in case of a draw in WTC Final, the trophy for the tournament will be shared by the two teams which have played the final. If the game between India and Australia ends in a draw then both teams are going to be called the joint champions of World Test Championship.
