Indian pacer Mohammed Shami expressed his delight at his team’s second consecutive appearance in the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) Final. He admitted that they made some errors last year, but that they are better prepared this time.
The Indian Cricket Team has played some magnificent cricket over the last two years. They have dominated the opposition in both away and home games. Their recent Border-Gavaskar Trophy victory over Australia qualified them for the World Test Championship Final.
Mohammed Shami has been fantastic over the last two years, bowling spectacularly well and putting his team in a strong position. Given his ability and experience, he can be a valuable asset to the team with his English conditions on offer.

Mohammed Shami stated that they are fully prepared this time around, and that with the match being played in a neutral venue, India should win against Australia. Mohammed Shami stated in a video posted on the BCCI’s official website:
“Feeling very happy because we have reached the final for the second consecutive time. Last time we did some mistakes but this time around we are well prepared. One of the best things about the final is there are no home conditions as both teams will play at a neutral venue. We as a unit are fully prepared and hopefully, we will lift the trophy.”
