Glenn Maxwell, the flamboyant Aussie batter who is currently injured, has said that this would be the most disappointing moment of his career. The star batter was one of the Australian players who were in contention to get the nod for the Australian squad of the BGT Series.

Unfortunately, Glenn Maxell suffered an injury during a house party in 2022, and since then, he has been out of the cricket action. Maxwell is a destructive batter who could have been an X factor in the Australian playing XI against India in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2023.

“Missing out on the Border Gavaskar Trophy will nag me for the rest of my life,” Glenn Maxwell told an Australian newspaper. He is disheartened to miss out on the Test series against India.
