India and Australia are going to face off in the four Test match Border-Gavaskar Trophy from 9th February 2023. The first Test match of the series will be played at VCA Stadium, Nagpur. Following which the next three matched will be played at Delhi, Dharamshala and Ahmedabad.
Shreyas Iyer, Jasprit Bumrah and Rishabh Pant are out of the Indian Test squad for Border Gavaskar Trophy as of now. Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood are out of the Australian squad for the 1st Test against India. They are both injured right now.

They first refused to play any practice matches in India and then announced an 18 man squad for the Test series against India which includes four specialist spinners. Nathan Lyon, Ashton Agar, Mitchell Swepson and Todd Murphy are the four spinners that will represent Australia in the Border Gavaskar Trophy.
