KL Rahul, the vice-captain of India and Steve Smith, the vice-captain of Australia, attended the press conference that was held before the 1st Test match.
A few interesting answers spawned from the press conference that has taken the world by storm. KL Rahul has settled the batting order debate by saying that he is willing to bat in the middle order to accommodate Shubman Gill at the top with Rohit Sharma in the 1st Test against Australia.
Meanwhile, the vice-captain of Australia, Steve Smith, has confirmed that Cameron Green is going to miss out on the 1st Test due to a fractured finger.
KL Rahul has also confirmed that India is tempting towards a three-spinner combination in the 1st Test against Australia.

“There will be a temptation to play three spinners in Nagpur Test.” KL Rahul ahead of the first Test against Australia. “If the team wants to me to bat in the middle, I am ready to do it,” KL Rahul said in the press conference.
“He (Green) hasn’t faced even the fast bowlers so he’s very unlikely to play the 1st Test,” Steve Smith on Cameron Green.
“I think this is the series where Virat Kohli’s bat will speak vociferously. The he starts going, we know he won’t stop. If India want to play well in this series then the run-machine will have to take the onus and score big runs,” Harbhajan Singh after the 1st Test match press conference.
