Almost half of the Australian Test Team returned home after losing the Border Gavaskar Trophy in 6 days.
Matt Renshaw is the latest to return home along with Lance Morris. Pat Cummins, Josh Hazlewood, Ashton Agar and David Warner are the others to return home already.

- Todd Murphy (Side Strain)
- Mitchell Swepson (Already in Australia)

As many as 19 players have been part of the Australia squad so far.

Australia coach Andrew McDonald declared that a freshly revised squad will be announced on Wednesday as they go through changes.
“We’re working through that so it won’t be form as such but there’s cricket going on back home. With a few players now becoming fit and available, are we carrying too many? “We’ve got to be clear on what we want to achieve in the next two Test matches in terms of the structure of the team. There’s an opportunity for players to be playing cricket back home and we value that,” McDonald said.
