Nathan Lyon was phenomenal with the ball. He took 8 wickets and achieved some records during his spell that made the Indian batters look dumbfounded in the 3rd Test match.

Cheteshwar Pujara was the best batter for India in the match. He scored a half century before Steve Smith plucked one out of nowhere at the leg slip to send him back.

Axar Patel remained unbeaten on 15 runs and ran out of partners at the other end. The play for the second day is finished and India has only 75 runs to defend in the last inning of the Test match.

Tomorrow’s first session will decide the winner and currently it looks like that Australia will walk away with a win in the 3rd Test. India is 2-0 ahead in the Test Series so far.
