Indian Premier League 2023 is going on in full flow and more than one-third of the tournament is over. Rinku Singh, Mayank Markande, Shivam Dube, Axar Patel, Yashasvi Jaiswal and a few others have surprised us with their skills in the ongoing edition of the tournament. However, there are a few players who have failed to justify their price tag in IPL 2023. Here we have covered the three players who could not get the job done for their team.
1. Mayank Agarwal
Mayank Agarwal was bought at a hefty price of Rs 8 Crores by the Sunrises Hyderabad in the mini auction. He has opened the innings on four ocassions till now and has amassed only 65 runs with an average of about 16 and a strike rate of 103.
