On Wednesday (May 10), at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will face off against the Delhi Capitals (DC) in the 55th match of the Indian Premier League 2023.
Chennai Super Kings, who had won their six out of eleven matches against the LSG, MI, RCB, SRH, KKR and MI will look to accumulate 2 more points in today’s match against the Delhi Capitals. CSK holds the second position on the points table.
Delhi Capitals, on the other hand, who had won their four out of ten matches against the KKR, SRH, GT and RCB will look to get 2 more points in today’s match against the Chennai Super Kings. DC holds tenth position on the points table.

- The upcoming edition of IPL will have two groups: Group A and Group B.
- Group A will consist of Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders, Rajasthan Royals, Delhi Capitals, and Lucknow Super Giants.
- Group B will consist of Chennai Super Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Punjab Kings, and Gujarat Titans.
- In total, there will be 14 matches for each of the 10 teams, consisting of seven home and seven away games. The teams will face the five teams from the opposing group two times each, while they will play against the other four teams from their own group only once.
- Once the league stage is over, the playoffs will feature the top 4 teams.
- The standings will be updated daily based upon the conclusion of every game.
