The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has requested input on ticket pricing from all the associations hosting the 2023 World Cup matches. They aim to start online ticket sales by August 10, along with any necessary changes to the event’s schedule. The scheduling matter was discussed among the organizing committee members.
BCCI Secretary Jay Shah previously mentioned that the scheduling issue would be resolved within the next three to four days. Three full member nations have contacted the International Cricket Council (ICC) to request modifications to the schedule. The changes will mainly involve adjusting dates and timings, while venues will remain unchanged. The decision will be made in consultation with the ICC.
