Sydney Sixers vs Melbourne Renegades Match Highlights

The Sydney Sixers had a very strong start to their innings, with Josh Philippe looking in great form. He reached fifty with ease but unfortunately fell soon after. Moises Henriques was then run out, and the Sixers lost a few quick wickets, which put them in a difficult position. Jordan Silk did his part but wasn’t able to score many runs. Jackson Bird made a brief appearance at the end, which could prove to be very useful as the Sydney Sixers near 150.

The Sixers put on a great bowling performance against a tough Renegades batting lineup. They were up to the task from the very beginning, putting pressure on the Renegades with a maiden over from Ben Dwarshuis. Even though Finch and Marsh held their own for a while, the run rate got out of control and they both fell at critical times. After that, it was just a matter of time before the Renegades collapsed. They lost wickets regularly and were beaten comprehensively in the end, falling short by 34 runs. This is now three wins in a row for the Sixers.
