    The 25th match of the ILT20 2024 will feature Abu Dhabi Knight Riders (ABD) against Sharjah Warriors (SJH) on Wednesday, January 7, at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. Currently, the Knight Riders hold the second position in the points tally with five wins out of eight matches, while the Warriors are at the bottom with three wins out of five matches.

    In their previous encounter, the Knight Riders opted to bowl after winning the toss. The Warriors struggled, managing only 75 runs in 17 overs with just three batsmen reaching double-digit scores. Ravi Bopara starred with the ball for the Knight Riders, taking four wickets for 15 runs in four overs, supported by Joshua Little and David Willey who claimed three and two wickets respectively.

    Chasing a modest target of 76, the Knight Riders cruised to victory in just 10.1 overs with seven wickets in hand. Joe Clarke top-scored with 34 runs off 25 balls. Joshua Little’s impressive bowling earned him the Player of the Match award.
