    In the SA20 2024 eliminator, Paarl Royals (PR) will face Joburg Super Kings (JSK) on Wednesday, February 7, at The Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg. The Royals secured third place in the standings with five wins and five losses in 10 matches, while the Super Kings finished fourth, winning three out of their 10 matches.

    In their recent match against Sunrisers Eastern Cape, the Royals chose to bat after winning the toss, setting a target of 160 runs by scoring 159/7 in 20 overs. Jos Buttler top-scored with 38 runs off 22 balls. However, Eastern Cape successfully chased down the target in 19.5 overs with five wickets in hand.

    Meanwhile, the Super Kings opted to bowl first against Durban Super Giants in their last encounter. The Super Giants posted a formidable total of 203/6, powered by half-centuries from JJ Smuts and Wiaan Mulder. Lizaad Williams stood out with the ball, claiming three wickets for 47 runs in four overs. Despite a strong response from Faf du Plessis and Leus du Plooy, it was Donovan Ferreira’s six on the penultimate delivery that secured victory for the Super Kings.
