Abbas Afridi, born on April 5, 2001, is a Pakistani cricketer who represents both Multan Sultans and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in domestic cricket. He is the nephew of former Pakistan international cricketer and fellow fast bowler, Umar Gul.

Abbas Afridi Domestic and T20 Career
In September 2018, Afridi marked his List A debut for Habib Bank Limited during the 2018–19 Quaid-e-Azam One Day Cup. Following this, he made his first-class debut for the same team in the 2018–19 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy in October 2018.
In December 2019, Afridi was named in Pakistan’s squad for the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup, where he emerged as the leading wicket-taker for Pakistan. Later, in October 2021, he was included in the Pakistan Shaheens squad for their tour of Sri Lanka.
Joining Karachi Kings for the 2021 PSL in February 2021, Afridi made his Twenty20 debut for the team the following month.
Afridi demonstrated his prowess in the 2023 PSL by emerging as the top wicket-taker with 23 dismissals, one more than his teammate Ihsanullah, while representing Multan Sultans.
In other leagues, Afridi was chosen by the Montreal Tigers for the 2023 Global T20 Canada and earned praise for his hat-trick against the Vancouver Knights.
