New York does not have training facilities at the Nassau Cricket Stadium and that’s why, ICC has officially declared Cantiague Park as the training center for the teams.

The Indian team is set to start its campaign in the T20 World Cup. The Rohit Sharma-led team will play the only practice match against Bangladesh on Saturday. India has started its practice for this, but reports are coming out that head coach Rahul Dravid is not satisfied with the training facility at Cantiag Park. Captain Rohit Sharma’s team did a net session on Wednesday and used three of the six drop-in pitches.

According to the reports, ‘A source aware of the matter said, everything from the pitch to other facilities is makeshift. In simple words, everything is quite average. The team has expressed concern about this.’ After this report came out, when the ICC was asked about this, the global body of cricket said, no team has expressed any complaint or concern related to the practice facilities at Cantiag Park.
