In the final match of the World Championship of Legends, India defeated Pakistan by 5 wickets to claim the title. Under the captaincy of Yuvraj Singh, the Indian Legends team chased down the target with 5 balls to spare.

Pakistan’s captain Younis Khan won the toss and decided to bat first, but the team could only manage 156 runs for 6 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Chasing this target, India Legends got off to a blazing start with Ambati Rayudu and Robin Uthappa.

Although Uthappa was dismissed for just 10 runs, Rayudu took on the Pakistani bowlers with a powerful display, scoring a brisk 50 off 30 balls, including 5 sixes and 2 fours. Alongside Rayudu, Gurkeerat Singh Mann contributed 34 runs off 33 balls.

After Rayudu and Mann, it was time for MP Yusuf Pathan to shine. In his trademark style, Pathan smashed 30 runs off just 16 balls, hitting 3 sixes and 1 four. Captain Yuvraj Singh added 15 runs, and Irfan Pathan contributed 5 runs at the end.

In this title clash against India, the Pakistani Legends’ batting lineup faltered badly. Apart from Shoaib Malik, no other player could make a significant impact. Malik top-scored with 41 runs off 36 balls, while Kamran Akmal was the only other batsman to spend some time at the crease, contributing 24 runs.
