Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal, the KulCha duo, were one of the finest spinning combinations in white-ball cricket before they both fell out of the team due to their declining performances. However, both Chahal and Kuldeep are now back again in the Indian ODI set-up, and they are finally going to play an ODI together after more than 2 years.

Kuldeep and Chahal (KulCha) are back together in ODIs after more than 2 years; Rohit Sharma announces them in the playing XI of the 3rd ODI against New Zealand

Rohit Sharma announced at the toss that Mohammed Siraj and Mohammed Shami are out of the playing XI for the third ODI to give opportunities to Umran Malik and Yuzvendra Chahal. This means that Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal are going to play the 3rd ODI together against the Kiwis.

This marks the return of KulCha to ODIs after more than years. The last time that Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal played together was in 2019 in the Cricket World Cup against England. A match in which India lost, and since then, they have not been able to find a place together in the team.

Will Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal be able to recreate the KulCha magic in the 3rd ODI against New Zealand? It will be known in the second inning of the match as New Zealand has won the toss and opted to bowl first.
