MS Dhoni, the captain of Chennai Super Kings and one of the legendary Indian cricketers, is all set to play his last Indian Premier League as a player in 2023. For this, he is preparing extensively and has begun practising in Chennai. Thala was recently seen smashing massive sixes in the practice session.
Last year, MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings failed to do anything substantial as he handed over the captaincy to Ravindra Jadeja, who could not soak the pressure that captaincy brought with it. This resulted in MS Dhoni again becoming the captain of Chennai Super Kings.
It is most likely the last year in which MS Dhoni is going to lead the Yellow Army in IPL. He is expected to retire from all forms of cricket after the conclusion of IPL 2023. MS Dhoni is probably going to hand over the captaincy to Ben Stokes for Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2023.
However, MS Dhoni is not going to go down without a last flurry of sixes, and he is preparing for the same in the practice sessions.
