AB de Villiers Picks His Favourite in the T20 World Cup 2024 Final

The T20 World Cup final will be played between India and the South African team. While the Indian team will be playing their third T20 World Cup final, this will be the first time for the South African team. This has boosted the morale of the South African team. Former stalwart AB de Villiers has also expressed his happiness at the South African team reaching the final and hopes that this time our team will win the T20 World Cup. AB de Villiers Shared his Prediction on Instagram

AB said, “The South African team has reached the final of the T20 World Cup. For the players, this is nothing less than a miracle. South African players have performed brilliantly. They have made every South African player proud. Now we are going to play the final. We have your full support, and I am confident that our team will win the title. We will face India in the final. We are fully behind you. We believe that this time we will win the title.”

AB further said that it’s Dale Steyn’s birthday. He hopes that by winning the title, they can give him a special gift. It should be noted that by defeating Afghanistan, the South African team has reached the final of the T20 World Cup for the first time. Now, on June 29th, the final of the T20 World Cup will be played between India and South Africa.

The final of the T20 World Cup between India and South Africa will be played in Barbados. It should be noted that while a reserve day was scheduled for the first semi-final match, no reserve day was allocated for the second semi-final. Now, for the final match, a reserve day has been scheduled. If rain affects the match on the scheduled day, it will be played the next day. Similarly, if the match cannot be played the next day either, then the ICC will declare the winner jointly.
