Cricket enthusiasts worldwide, get ready to mark your calendars! The long-awaited ticket sale for the 2023 ODI World Cup is just on the horizon, and an exciting surprise awaits Indian fans. The International Cricket Council (ICC) has officially revealed that tickets for India’s matches in Chennai, Delhi, and Pune will be available starting from 8 PM (IST) on Thursday, August 31. This announcement has sparked a surge of anticipation among cricket aficionados, particularly those eager to witness Team India’s journey in this prestigious tournament.

    India’s Upcoming Matches

A cricketing powerhouse, India will kick off their World Cup campaign on October 8 with a clash against arch-rivals Australia at Chennai’s historic MA Chidambaram Stadium. Just a few days later, on October 11, they will take on Afghanistan at New Delhi’s Arun Jaitley Stadium. The action-packed encounter between India and Bangladesh will unfold at Pune’s Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium (MCA) on October 19.

    Important Dates to Remember

For those looking to secure their seats for other India fixtures, the ticket sale will continue on September 1, 2, and 3. On September 1, tickets will be available for matches in Dharamsala, Lucknow, and Mumbai. Fans can grab tickets for games scheduled in Bangalore and Kolkata on September 2.
