Dawid Malan T20 Franchise Career

Malan began his T20 journey with Peshawar Zalmi in the first season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and continued with them to victory in the following season’s Final held in Lahore. He also showcased his skills with Barisal Bulls in the fourth season of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).

In October 2018, he joined Cape Town Blitz for the inaugural edition of the Mzansi Super League T20 tournament and was later named in the squad for Khulna Titans following the draft for the 2018–19 Bangladesh Premier League. In November 2019, Malan was selected to represent Comilla Victorians in the 2019–20 Bangladesh Premier League. He further expanded his T20 repertoire by joining the Jaffna Stallions for the inaugural edition of the Lanka Premier League in October 2020.

In December 2020, Malan ventured into the Australian Big Bash League, debuting for the Hobart Hurricanes. His T20 journey continued in February 2021 when he was acquired by Punjab Kings in the IPL auction for the 2021 season, although his appearances were limited to just one match.

Transitioning back to English shores, Malan was drafted by Trent Rockets for the inaugural season of The Hundred and was subsequently bought by them again for the 2022 season in April.
